Purchase and Return Policy
Purchase of Customized Items
All sales are final once items are customized. We will inspect damaged items for manufacturer defect and replace items that meet defect standards. Customers understand that any items they supply for decoration will not be replaced in the event they are damaged during the decoration process.
You may return purchases of unpersonalized items made within 30 days with receipt or proof of purchase. Tags must be intact, and the item must be unworn/unused and unsoiled per our inspection. Returns where original purchase was made with cash are good for store credit only with receipt.
Free In-Store Pick Up Policy
You may choose to pick up your purchased items in-store during our normal business hours. But we will not hold items indefinitely. Items left unclaimed longer than 90 days will be restocked for sale. Customers leaving their purchases will not receive a refund or store credit. This policy governs all purchased items, including custom orders. Custom decorated items will be donated to our chosen non-profit. No exceptions.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to provide us with a valid shipping address at checkout. You have the option of purchasing added shipping insurance or shipping to a location where you can retrieve your item as it is delivered. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected items and we cannot issue refunds for such.
